Karama traffic killed my battery – need someone who can reach me fast

Was stuck in that awful Karama traffic near the fish roundabout for almost an hour with the AC blasting and the radio on, and when I finally found a parking spot the car just wouldn't start again. I think the heat and the constant stop go just finished off an already weak battery. I'm parked on a pretty narrow street so a huge tow truck won't fit, and I really need someone who can squeeze in with a small van and swap the battery on the spot. A guy at the shawarma shop recommended looking up Fast Battery Service in Karama Dubai because apparently they know how to navigate these tight streets. Has anyone here actually used them during peak hours? I'm worried they'll take forever or show up with the wrong size for my Sunny. Also wondering if they do on the spot testing or just throw a new battery in and leave. I'd test the alternator myself but I don't have a multimeter on me. Just want to get home without begging my brother for another jump.
