Hi everyone,

I'm looking to design a custom championship belt and could use some advice. I want it to stand out with unique materials, colors, and engraving, but I'm not sure where to start. Does anyone have experience with custom belt makers, online services, or local artisans who do high-quality work?

I'm especially curious about durable options for both display and actual use. Also, any tips on designing the plates, choosing leather or metal finishes, and keeping costs reasonable would be hugely appreciated.

Thanks in advance for any guidance or examples!

Hey!

I'd recommend starting with a clear idea of your design, sketch out logos, text, and colors. For materials, thick genuine leather is best for durability, and brass or zinc alloy plates with gold or silver plating look great without being insanely expensive.

If you're exploring custom championship belts, online makers like Pro Wrestling Tees or Etsy artisans are good for quality work, and local leatherworkers can give a personal touch. Keep designs bold and simple so details show well. For actual use, avoid fragile plating and make sure the leather is flexible.

Sharing your design with the maker helps get exactly what you want.
